The latest leaks confirmed that Asus is preparing to launch 4 new versions of medium and low-cost phones, and the leaks have revealed some details about these upcoming phones.
Asus has shifted during the last period from focusing on low-cost phones to focusing on its line of phones dedicated to games from the ROG series, and again the latest leaks confirm that the company plans to return to competition in the middle and low-cost phones market with a number of new versions.
The leaks revealed that the four versions of the upcoming Asus phones come with chipsets known as "Lito", "Lagoon", "Bengal" and "Scuba", which are low to medium chips.
The chip, known as "Lito", is expected to be the Snapdragon 765 chip, or Snapdragon 765G. The chip, known as "Lagoon", is also expected to be the mid-range Snapdragon 690 processor chip, while expectations indicate that the "Bengal" symbol belongs to the chip. Snapdragon 662, and the "Scuba" symbol belongs to the Snapdragon 460 chip.
It is reported that the leaks did not clarify more details about the upcoming versions of Asus of medium and low-cost phones, but expectations indicate that Asus will provide the next releases with a new brand to the markets.
